Invoices:
Please make payment within 3 days of receiving your invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Inventory:
Inventory will be checked after payment has been received and when your order is packed.
We take special care to make sure our inventory is accurate, however; on occasion we may misplace or miscount an Item. If we are short of an item, we will issue a coupon or refund for the value of the missing items
Dispatch:
Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day of funds clearing unless advised.
Orders exceeding 100 lots will take longer to pack and will need more time.
We do not allow pickups.

Order Status:
Pending - Order has been submitted and shipping or any additional costs are added and an invoice has been sent.
Payment Received - Payment has been received.
Processing - The order is currently being picked and packed.
Processed - Package has been packed; we have printed the shipping label and booked a pickup with the courier.
Shipped - Once the parcel has been picked up, we will send a shipment notification email.
Item for Sale Condition:
The following guidelines should be applied to item condition, but always read the item description before ordering. If you have any questions, contact us to make sure that what you are ordering is what you want.
LEGO Sets:
New Sets
Sealed - Set is brand new, with unopened factory seals intact, all inner bags and contents presumably sealed, intact, complete and untampered with as shipped by the manufacturer. Box may have some shelfwear and / or creasing, price stickers or sticker residue.
Complete - Contents are brand new and may have been removed from their plastic bags and handled for inventorying purposes only. Includes all contents that originally came with set including extra parts, stickers, instructions (if any) and original box/packaging.
Incomplete - Contents are brand new and may have been removed from their plastic bags and handled for inventorying purposes or during the removal of items from the set. Set is missing some contents, instructions or original box/packaging. Description will state what exactly is missing.
Used Sets
The set has been opened, inner bags are no longer intact and or was previously built. If the parts do show excessive wear, discoloration, excessive scratches, other marks, etc; this will be noted, as well. Sets are in good condition unless otherwise stated, however may be a little dusty if it has been on display previously.
Complete - Set contains all parts necessary to build all of the models (including alternate models) in the instructions but may not have the original box/packaging and/or extra parts; or the brick separator. If the set is missing instructions, the description will state so. The set includes all original stickers used on the model either still on the sticker sheet or applied (unless otherwise advised).
Incomplete - Set is missing some contents. Description will state what exactly is missing.
LEGO Parts:
New Parts - Parts are brand new, taken directly from new sets or were purchased "as new" in another form such as accessory packs and have been handled only for sorting. These parts have never been used in any manner. If a minifigure or part assembly was originally sold assembled by LEGO, its component parts after disassembly can also be listed as new. "New" does not mean parts are in "Mint" condition. Items with excessive scratches are removed from our store or marked down at a discount and noted in the *Comments* field.
Used Parts - Parts which have been previously used. If the parts show excessive wear, discoloration, excessive scratches, other marks,etc. this will be noted in the *Comments* field.
LEGO Minifigures:
New Minifigures - Minifigures are brand new, taken directly from new sets or were purchased "as new" in another form such as accessory packs and have been handled only for sorting. Minifigures may be listed as new either assembled or unassembled.
Used Minifigures - Minifigures which have been previously used and are still in good, usable condition. If the minifigures do show excessive wear, discoloration, excessive scratches, other marks, etc. this will be noted in the *Comments* field.
Collectable Minifigure Series Mininfigures:
New (Complete)
Collectable Minifigures listed under the category "LEGO Sets" are brand new unless otherwise stated. The mystery bags are opened to verify the minifigure only; and then the contents are placed into a ziplock bag for easy identification. They come with the original packaging, stand, accessories and instructional pamphlet.
Minifig Only
Collectable Minifigures listed under the category "LEGO Minifigures" are brand new unless otherwise stated. The mystery bags are opened to verify the minifigure only; and then the minifigure body parts (excluding accessories) are placed into a ziplock bag for easy identification. They do NOT include the original packaging, stand, accessories or the instructional pamphlet.
Collectable Minifigure Series Instruction Pamphlets
Collectable Minifigure Series Instructional pamphlets are for the pamphlet only. They do NOT include the minifigure, stand, accessories or the original packaging.
